Reporting a security issue
Please report vulnerabilities to contact@ringoai.app rather than disclosing them publicly. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and we will acknowledge you and keep you posted on the fix.
Common things
Ringo isn't seeing a channel
Ringo only reads channels its bot has been added to, and only the ones you included. Invite the bot with /invite @Ringo, then check your channel selection in Settings.
Removing Ringo
Remove the bot from Slack to stop collection. To delete what was already collected, delete the workspace from Settings → Danger Zone. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
